This place is absolutely stunning! The restored 17th-century manor-house is drop-dead gorgeous and feels more like a house than a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was the best I had during my entire trip. The house is set in a beautiful mountain area, perfect for scenic drives and hiking. Plus, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I also loved the fact that the house had an enormous living room where I could relax and imagine I was lounging in my own Portuguese mansion.
While the house itself was beautiful, it was a bit challenging to stay warm during cold weather. The antique bed was also a bit short, narrow, and uncomfortable for taller guests like myself.

The rooms at Casa Nobre do Correio-Mor are simply stunning. I felt like I was transported back in time with the antique-style furniture and beautiful floor-to-ceiling curtains. The private pool and whirlpool bathtub added a touch of luxury to my stay, ensuring a good night's sleep. As a guest who appreciates history and comfort, this was the perfect choice for me.
Some may find the granite wash basin in the bedroom and the granite toilet a bit unusual. It's definitely a unique feature, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at a charming antique property in a lovely town near the mountains. The 17th-century building had a large room with great views from the balcony. The warm welcome I received made me feel right at home. The breakfast, with homemade bread and jams, was delicious. The proximity to the mountains allowed for breathtaking scenery and enjoyable walks. I highly recommend Casa Nobre Do Correio-Mor Bed & Breakfast.

I chose Casa Nobre Do Correio-Mor Bed & Breakfast specifically because I wanted to visit Castelo de Lindoso, which is conveniently located nearby. However, the free Wi-Fi at the hotel pleasantly surprised me. It was fast and reliable, allowing me to easily plan my day trips and stay connected with loved ones.
Bed was small, but ok. The traffic noise from the road bothered us slightly.
